 build: 📦 bump base image to v1.5.0 and pull it from forgejo.b4mad.net 
Two changes on one line. The v1.4.2 -> v1.5.0 bump was already staged in the
working tree; the registry move is new.

forgejo.b4mad.net is primary for the toolbxs org, codeberg.org the downstream
push-mirror. All 10 fedora-toolbox tags were mirrored into the Forgejo
registry first, so this ref resolves anonymously today.
