 build: 📦 pull the base image from forgejo.b4mad.net 
forgejo.b4mad.net is primary for the toolbxs org; codeberg.org is the
downstream push-mirror. Basing this image on the mirror meant the build
depended on replication having completed.

All 10 fedora-toolbox tags were mirrored into the Forgejo registry first,
so this ref resolves anonymously today — verified with a real pull.
